Project Structure

This committee shall be composed of four or five members, its' duties include: Shall be responsible for initiating, deliberating and recommending development programme and means of assistance. Shall liaise with other organisation within the United Kingdom and in Ikorodu Town of Lagos State on modalities for contribution to development activities, while recommendations shall be forwarded to the Executive Council for its' advice before presentation to the General House.


Disciplinary Committee The composition of this committee shall include and be headed by the Chief Whip with three to five other members. Its' duties shall be: To determine the Association's disciplinary procedures on all offences. To investigate any allegation levied against any member of the Association. To recommend appropriate punishment to be imposed on officers or other members.

 

Code of Conduct & Constitution Review Committees This will be composed of four or five members. It may be called upon from time to time on the request of the House. Its' duties shall include the following: To meet and debate any amendment to the Code of Conduct and the Constitution.

 

To liaise with legal advisor or general legal issue that may affect the association’s code of conduct and the constitution. To recommend procedure on constitutional matters that may affect the operation of the Association and its' members. The chairperson shall possess knowledge of the Law of the land.


Social And Welfare Monitoring Committee This will be composed of four or five members; while its' duties include the following: Shall be responsible for the social development and monitoring members' welfares.

Shall gather and circulate the information which could enhance the welfare of the members.

Shall ensure proper planning and co-ordination of all social activities in co-operation with the social affairs secretary.

To serve as advisory committee on all social cultural and traditional matters.
